A mirrored shed

Now that Susan has her pension we’re embarking on some home improvements. First up is the kitchen where we’ve long wanted to replace the worktops and floor. Today’s walk took us to the local garden centre to look at said worktops and floors as well as claim this month’s free coffee.

It’s a good place for blips in winter months. This shed with mirrored sides caught my eye although there were plenty of other candidates on offer.

Wrote, edited and researched the policy and procedures I’m working on in the afternoon. Sent it off. Telephone call about the latest version tomorrow. Almost done now.

Went to the Brook Theatre in the evening to see the Bully Wee Band on their annual tour. A folky band from the 70s they reformed in the 00s and we’ve been to see them most years. Going to see the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain tonight at the Barbican in London.
