Knot today

A trip out birding with my mates today , we headed out to the coast to see a few bits. 1st stop covenham reservoir to see a Red necked grebe which was to far away to get any shots. We then went on to another site to look for a flock of snow bunting again very distant and flighty to get any shots. We managed to get fairly close to this wader and get a few shots of it. It is a knot love the fact that it is stood close to a shell which I decided to keep in the shot. A couple more shots of it can be seen HERE .
