A little lie in until 7 then up and changed the sheets and managed to dry them outside. I also set abou making a lemon polenta cake to use up my glut of lemons, this used up five so not bad going. I just hope it tastes o.k. A wander down to Waitrose in the afternoon to replenish the baking things I used up this morning. Popped into M and S to buy daffodils and had a chat with Cate who I always worked with in Wokingham, it was good to catch up, the family feel of Wokingham helped get me through the hard times.
Harry had to work today, so I am making baked squashes stuffed with harissa, pine nuts and ricotta, with salad and garlic bread for when he arrives home.
