Catkin

For a change RF showed me a different dog walk close to her home which went towards the golf course and through some trees. On the edge of the golf course were large numbers of Hazel trees covered in catkins. During the walk Willis turned into a puppy and started pouncing on Murphy, wanting to play.

This evening we went to a 2 hour yoga workshop which was a very relaxing and restoring, we've both booked the same class for next month.

It's been a good weekend helping to clear, tidy and sort out some things with RF prior to her friends coming next week.
