Wharfedale

Hail at Kilnsey wasn't going to stop me - pure blue sky was forecast. And that's what we eventually got.  This photo looks back towards Kilnsey on the left hand side - it had a different feel on the way out!

It was my first decent ride of 2018.  It was supposed to be a day out for two but Rich with a head cold, meant it was a day out for, well, one!  Fun though. Of course!  It wasn't so fast heading to Kettlewell with a fine headwind but the way back it was mostly in my favour.  

I had a sports massage lined up with The Magnificent Monica who has just finished me off for the evening - in a good way, just about!  I've needed sorting out for a few weeks and it feels like she's put me back in shape.
