Old Technology for Mono Monday

Looks like a futuristic city-state from the air, except it is made in China. This is part of the printed circuit board of an old redundant hard drive, one of many bits of old technology that collects in the nooks and crannies and boxes around the house. Saved my bacon for a blip today too. Thank you, Skeena for hosting MM again.

Went for a swim this morning, it was good despite the injured knee. I swim the crawl so leg movement was in one vertical plane meaning that the sore knee joint was not under too much pressure and was supported by water. The injury is restricting movement in the knee but I'm determined to work it as long as there's no lasting or deep pain.

After a visit by the gasman to service the boiler we ventured out for a walk, much slower than usual, to the post office, library and supermarket in the gathering gloom and threatened rain, which except for a 5 minute energetic burst kept away.
