Back on the river

Just managed to get the camera out in time as these rowers approached a bend in the river and disappeared from view. How wintery it looks on the river bank and in the field. Really not much colour today.

Tried to reorientate myself to my writing task this morning - whether or not I’ve been successful will become apparent in the next few weeks. I’m not holding out great hope but I do need to knuckle down soon. Not today though; more toddler time this afternoon.
