So it was a tiny bit on the muddy side down the race course this morning.

I have been on a detox day ... I am ready to gnaw at the play house. I feel it's too much for me so have collected my child and T.Cs girls sent them to play upstairs and I have collapsed supine on the sofa ...
I feel I am slipping away.
