My Fellow Americans.....

I come before you today to tell you how wonderful cats are (and dogs too, for that matter) and to remind you that together we can build an amazing world where all cats & dogs, no matter their origin or fur color will have equal opportunity and the right to be safe and prosperous.  On top of that, I wish to add.....
