Coffee with Derek

Met my good friend Derek at Heaven Scent today. Probably the best gluten free place in Fife. Nothing ever tastes like cardboard there. When I'm there, I can pretty much forget that I'm forever doomed to eat bread that tastes like Amazon packaging.

Nice chat. I always feel better after a natter with my friends.

Taper feels a bit better today after a very awful week. Bit more relaxed, little bit less pain. Rachel finally got back from 4 days in London too, which always helps. I think we're aiming for a very chilled weekend.
