Blackburn Mall

A place to drop things off that you don't use anymore or pick up treasures you spot that might come in handy.  There's a small fee to drop things off but no charge for taking anything.  It's located at the garbage transfer station.  I have good intentions about starting to go through things to get rid off, but I've barely made a start, so one of these days I'll be dropping off more than the small amount of garbage that we accumulate.
