Over the rooftops......

....... in the distance, is this mural which was created for the Wellington Street Art event in 2016. During the 1930's cinema projectors were imported, serviced and maintained in this building, the work now serves as a nod to the building's history and the early cinema industry. It was created by British artist Phlegm.

Taken from A's balcony, her view in my extra, is of rooftops, high rise apartments and the hills of Wellington. We wandered passed this mural on our way to breakfast, think I prefer this rooftop view.

A cloudy, moody day for flying, Wellington looked a little cold down below as we flew out on this supposed to be summer's day. A good flight into Christchurch, 30C on touch down - it was hot walking across the tarmac and to the car.
