Just Breathe, and Don't Panic

Up early for an endoscopy at Llandough Hospital.  Not the most pleasant experience, and it was just as bad as I remembered it from years ago. 

As I was gagging and panicking, the nurse kept saying “just breathe and don’t panic.”  Easy for him to say, I bet he’s never had it done.  Lol.  I’ve even got a nice selection of photos of my gut from the procedure.  I look forward to showing them to my grandchildren in the future.  Lol

I was gasping for a cup of tea later.  

And it knocked me for six as well, so I’ve had a nice afternoon snooze.


A big week in work coming up, I’m venturing abroad (i.e. England) for the first time in months.
