Bluewater lights

Spent a very enjoyable afternoon with late lunch at Zizi followed by a live streaming in the studio cinema of the Bolshoi Ballet direct from Moscow.

It was a stunning performance of La Dame aux Camellias choreographed by John Neumeier with prima ballerinas Svetlana Zakharova and Anna Tikhomirova , and Edvin Revazov in the leading male role.

The benefit of watching a screening of a live performance is the ability to see close ups of the performers, eg their facial expressions, although nothing can really replace seeing them live on the stage.

Can't think of a better way to spend a cold February afternoon.
