Catching Clouds......& Falling Off the Wagon

Jaiya and I watched a movie today and nearly polished off a whole packet of Maltezers between us.........yikes! its amazing how many good intentions can get thrown out the window in just one afternoon.
There is a lot of psychological stuff that goes with it.

1. The excitement of being naughty
2. The cozy feeling of the chocolate melting in your mouth being entertained at the same time....a bit like being at the movies.
3. The feeling that you've had too much and feeling a bit queazy ...however there is no way that you can stop the hand reaching for the packet....just one more.
4.Feeling completely disgusted with oneself....as well as fat and horrible.
5.Feeling a bit depressed that you succumbed once again to the evil temptaion....and......the come down is a sad state of affairs.

But hey ho....will probably do it again in the not so distant future.

I did manage to get out of the chair to take this pic of the clouds over the mountains this afternoon...I love the way the clouds spill and collect around the tops...and as the sun goes down it just kisses them with a bit of colour.

Not only did I fall off the diet wagon...
I dragged it into the bushes ..... set it on fire
and used the insurance money to buy Mars Bars
