Riding

After last week's riding debacle with the kids i.e moaning and grumbling and simply giving up mid way thru, I was determined that we'd have a good ride today.

We left mummy at home and set off to McLeans Island, a popular spot with them. Of course, it went fantastically. Only joy, no tears, riding up and down hills and loving it, 8.5KM, and a cold ice block at the end.

That was really the highlight of the day. Mrs PS dropped Dave, Yeda and family off at the airport and 6am. Bye guys! Not sure if our kids understand that we won't see them again for a long time ...

Actually, another highlight was a BBQ with good friends. Excellent evening, and very relaxing to be enjoying a wine, a BBQ and great company ;-)
