Montage - Westport Beach

3.7C dull, grey, cloudy, with occasional light rain in the morning with rain in the afternoon. Light E/SE/ESE breeze.

Apothecary7 took a day off in lieu for one of the bank holidays worked last year.

Around 11am we went to Westport beach and walked along the sand towards Machrihanish. It was all very grey but not too cold and the rain was just spots. There were good waves.

On the way back to the car park we saw two people riding the waves on open style Kayaks, then they dragged the boats up the beach and headed back into the water with small boards rather than full sized surf boards.

Later Apothecary7 was painting.
The painting was accompanied by Blue Rose Code, Water of Leith.
