Margaret

We had a interesting evening tonight.
Instead of the guest speaker coming to Rotary, we went to her place.
Two of the Rotarians who are chefs put on a great meal and Margaret told us about her interesting life as an author and publisher, specializing in children's stories.
Her house is full of the original illustrations from lots of her books making it a fascinating art gallery.

We got home to the second brownout in a couple of weeks.
I feared we were either going the way of South Australia, which is having trouble keeping the lights on, or else had a recurring problem at our place.
But I just saw a couple of trucks with flashing lights outside and went to investigate.
Apparently it's "another" blown fuse and half the street is out.
I don't mind so much if it's not just us and we don't have to solve the problem.
Since starting the last sentence they have come back on. Hooray :-)

Of course my iPad was out of battery but enough left in the Surface Pro and phone to do this.
