I saw this squirrel on the way home and he did not seem bothered by me taking a few photos of him.
Stress with estate agents; when we signed up they gave all the talk about finding the right tenants etc, which they have so far failed to do, so my brother sent them an email last night to say we would give them notice to change to a different one, and lo and behold they say a tenant has agreed the price, but is on a low wage with a young baby and teenage children, alarm bells sound for me! So now I am in a quandary.
