Shadows on the stairs.

Another good start to the day .
Early morning sun shining through the windows, casting these shadows on the stairs as I came down.
However it didn’t last, but at 4C it felt a lot warmer.
A lot of birds in the garden today, including a little Jenny wren. I tried to take a photo but they are so tiny and move so quickly I found it impossible.
Hoping they may nest this year, as it is about 5 years since we saw some little ones leaving their nest. What a wonderful sight.
