Emergency food blip

Busy day at work today, not home till 6, miserable and wet (the weather not me!).
Put my new gin glass to good use with a new offering from the gin club.
We get (and drink) one bottle a month at the moment but it’s not as bad as it sounds as the bottle is shared with my son and his girlfriend as they’ve also developed a taste for it. This months was distilled in Devon and served with red grapefruit- very nice!
It made a great aperitif for this paella made with prawns, scallops and chorizo -delicious!
