Mardi Gras

The parents at school were invited in to see what we had been doing this half term for our Mardi Gras topic. The children had tie dyed their t shirts and made masks in Mardi Gras colours, made parade floats and necklaces, learned a samba dance and practiced a piece of samba music to perform. The parents loved it. 

We went down to the dog and duck for dinner with the Priors. The girls are excited/nervous about their trip tomorrow.
