Cow corner

Paul travels more than I do, walking back and forth to his gym every day past "cow corner," then back past it and beyond if we go to our favorite Thali place. This guy isn't really penned in; there's a big gap in the fence and Paul says sometimes one of them is up on the sidewalk. Also cow related, we stopped to look at an art gallery that turned out to be closed, but we came away with information about agnihotra, a twice-daily prayer ritual that involves the burning of cow dung. I feel full up on practices right now, so I'll pass.

In Geeta's class this morning we worked on swinging the arm around the back (to catch the other arm) with great vigor, and visited Paryankasana, Matsyasana, Uttanapadasana, and Simhasana (without the face), among other interesting poses. No worries, not for my Gentle II classes.
