Kitchen window birding

With the temperature hovering around freezing and rain tapping on my windows, I shuddered at the thought of taking a trail walk, so I decided to do a little birding through my kitchen window instead. It wasn't particularly exciting, but at least I stayed dry. Rain or no rain, our downy woodpecker couple were at the feeders, as was the bluejay family (in the extra). The squirrels weren't deterred by the rain either, so I put them in the extra today. I hope you enjoy the view through my window.
