All the flags

Staring out a dirty old window... in the Museum of Scotland which has provided endless hours of entertainment for our son over the last two years. Today was no different and he enjoyed chasing his friend Lucy around, riding in the lifts (pressing the alarm button - why is it always the easiest for a toddler to reach!) and pressing all of the buttons on display. We had lunch together at Vittoria’s on the bridges, this was a huge hit as it involved a helium balloon and an ice cream!

Grandma and Grandad arrived tonight and gave us a much longed for night out. We are just home from watching ‘Darkest Hour’ at the Cameo with dinner at Trenchtown in Tollcross before hand, I highly recommend it if you are in that neck of the woods.

All the flags were out along the skyline, welcoming the rugby to town (with a saltire every 100 yards helping remind people which country they are in after all the celebrations have taken place).
