Misty Sunday Morning Blues

We awoke Sunday morning to dense fog, and it was just lovely out. I strolled around the area near our house and took quite a few photos. I imagine if I had to drive anywhere, the lack of visibility might have been an issue.

But for one walking, it was atmospheric. The mist transformed the everyday into something slightly different. A bit of mystery, a foretaste of the unknown. And on this morning, more than a hint of blue . . .

This is a peaceful image, but I warn you that the soundtrack song is a rocking and rolling hot mess: Whitesnake, with Walking in the Shadow of the Blues.
