Snow !

Lots of people take snow in winter for granted. In these parts it is an extraordinary event - today, the most snow I have seen all winter ( close up that is - I have seen it distantly on the hills at other times). The Civic looked very picturesque when I arrived to start the working day.

Not that it lasted - thawed away by early afternoon.
