Chilly, Wet and Empty.

One of the things that never ceases to amaze me, is the wide, main street that runs through the centre of Banja Luka.

A wide avenue, designed more for large military style parades than heavy commuter traffic.

Banja Luka does not suffer with heavy commuter traffic. Trust Me!

This evening, buses were literally racing down this avenue, before slowing down exceedingly fast as they approached their stops.

The lit Austria Hungarian building featured in today's image, is the city municipal offices.
