Signs of Spring

Freezing cold day but there are signs in the garden that Spring might be coming soon... these little crocus flowers have sprung up on the lawn and the daffodils in the front wall are starting to show buds now.

Another busy morning... dropped L at nursery then off to the hospital for my blood tests which included one fasting one so I was very hungry by the time I got home. N suggested we go to a local greasy spoon for a nosh-up so we did - I do love being on half term.

Lots of cleaning and tidying (and watching the Winter Olympics) followed by N taking a heap of bits to the dump.
