Stonehenge

We bade farewell to Summerlings and set off in a windy wet drive... stopped at Stonehenge, it was freezing!! The wind was icy...the visitor centre there is pretty impressive now with a great museum and reconstructed Iron Age hones, there’s a shuttle to and from the stones thank goodness, I always live visiting them whatever the weather.
When I was 17 I went on my Birthday which is June 21st - the summer solstice to watch the sunrise, there was a Druid ceremony and only about 50 people max... these days there are thousands! I feel very lucky.
Home via Sainsburys, watched Sideways, drank wine, celebrated Valentine’s Day! Mac made me a lovely card and I drew him a picture of us <3
