A day in work today, and physio!

I took a detour on the way in and took some pictures from the car window (with a couple of pauses as my two current favourite songs - These Days and Paper Planes - were playing and I didn't want to switch the engine off!  

Shoulder and foot have made a bit of an improvement, but she thinks we were right to cancel the holiday.
