Wine and Olive Oil

Have given up alcohol (as well as commenting on Blip) for Lent - except for Sundays. However, my brother sells wines for a living at the moment, so organising a few wine tastings of Alentejano wines while he is here. So, my giving up is fairly flexible... 

Anyway, today we had a tour of Herdade do Esporão, the big estate that Mike and I walked over two hours to in November, only to find it closed. Impressive, and a good tasting of wines and olive oils at the end. Loved the way the light turned golden as we were tasting.
