Millthorpe

Today I visited this small village south west of Bathurst (30 mins drive) with four old work colleagues from 15 years ago. All nurses. Could you hear us laughing from there?

We have started a monthly lunch and now I am retiring can join in more regularly. Now we talk about the kids' kids and size of our caravans, instead of the kids and size of our mortgages.

The old buildings often had wide verandas to shade the building in summer. This village is a bit trendy and has some fabulous shops.
