Custom Work (Next Door?)

This is a sign on Market Street in Northampton, presumably for a workshop back from the street (which I have never visited).

Today I was struck by the reflection of the building next door which has recently been sold; just today a dumpster appeared in the small front yard. Evidently renovation is under way--at long last! The building has been totally neglected for years, and I had begun to wonder whether it would ever sell.
