American Goldfinch

Phinneas T. Goldfinch is downcast this evening as he didn't medal in his first Olympic event. He failed to stick the landing during the rapid transition from one perch to another in the fast perch switching event. It was just a tiny wobble but it meant he finished eight one hundredths of a point behind the bronze medal winner. He has another couple of events to compete in, but he felt perch switching was his strongest event, so he's not too hopeful for a medal this year. Chin up, Phin! You can do it!
