This unknown variety of fly was enjoying the morning sunshine on top of the spa pool.


Cloud is increasing as we prepare for the arrival of tropical cyclone Gita which will bring high winds, heavy rain and huge waves. 
It's expected to hit New Zealand on Tuesday evening, making initial landfall on the northwest of the South Island.



Thank you for the comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s saltwater baths. I can’t imagine sharks being an issue these days, however, this area is extremely tidal and these popular baths provide access to water for all day swimming
