From sun to gloom

There has been such a change in the weather today.  We went from bright sunshine for two days to unbroken gray and even snow flurries.  And it's cold!  I was at Endless Weekend's house getting things ready for their homecoming tonight, and took these photos of an ever-changing hydrangea and the bright teapot that sits next to it on the windowsill.

Thanks to all of you for your concern.  My visit to the doctor yesterday was inconclusive. She feels that medications are the culprits, but the one she thinks is most likely is prescribed by a specialist, so I will have to get in touch with him. and talk about reducing the dose.  As long as things don't get worse, there's nothing to worry about now.  So I am trying to adapt, but it's hard.  I've always been averse to making lists, and now I have to do it.  I've put up a sign saying "burner, heat, light, fan" to remind me to check that those are off before I leave home.  I'm using one of those daily pill containers to ensure I know if I've taken those meds..  I know these are all good things to do, but they are so uncharacteristic of me.
