Location : National Museum of Scotland.
Decided to improve my mind with a course exploring this great museum, it's collections, displays & history. Very interesting & only small group so plenty of time for questions.
So just blip of couple of items in museum.
The Mini here was 585th of the production line in Oxford in August 1959 & was delivered under wraps to a dealer in Galasheils for the launch day. Classic car and cost £496 in '59.
The other is of the last F1 car developed from Stewart Ford design in Milton Keynes in 2006. (RedBullRB02)
Sir Jackie Stewart is well represented within this display giving a short history of Paul Stewart Racing.
