Almost cheating

My son came round home and did the fence today.

Removing a huge piece of concrete securing the old broken fence post in place was the first task. Luckily he had a very large cordless drill and a small jack hammer type tool that was able very slowly to break the concrete collar into a small enough parts to eventually be lifted out by a very strong son. Afterwards came the job of setting the new one in place which we all helped with. Measure four of five times concrete once!

With that job done and lunch had we went our separate ways and LandscapeGirl and I got on with shopping.

That’s where the almost cheating comes in as today’s blip was taken whilst in the supermarket with the flowers in the trolley. There was a moments thought on both our parts that with the blip secured the flowers could be returned :-). We did however continue with the purchase as they look so lovely I feel sure they will appear in a more considered blip some time soon.
