Pheasant in the Snow

No snow overnight, but some snow showers during the day. By mid-afternoon, much of the snow in the garden had melted. More snow is forecast, but maybe we will not get too much.
 
My loom knitting rings arrived yesterday although I have not had much time to practice. So far the stitches look correct, but they are rather loose; no doubt I shall improve with practice. Looking on the Internet, it is clear that a great many garments and toys can be made using a loom, but for now I shall stick to making a hat.
