Edinburgh Castle

A heavy snow shower, and glistening of ice on the road put me off cycling to work. Instead I got to bus to town, then tram.

Only had time for a quick walk at lunchtime, but it went on a bit longer than expected. The Pentlands only had a dusting of snow. It seems worse in other parts of the uk. I could have cycled without a problem.

An hour before I am due to leave, more snow showers arrive. As I leave, it is snowing quite heavily. I get off the tram in Princes St. Edinburgh Castle looks pretty good in the snow. The snow showers seem to have passed by my house though. It looks pretty bare. As the evening progresses, it snows quite heavily, so the bus again tomorrow by the look of it.
