Crickhowell

We're spending a couple of days at the Crickhowell Walking Festival (first job, load up the TIC with booklets for the Malvern Walking Festival in May).  This may seem foolhardy in the face of the East Beast but the local forecast looks pretty benign, if a little nippy.

Our first walk is a gentle stroll along the river and back along the canal, to get the walking muscles going.  Tomorrow's walk look rather more of a challenge.  

The view is of Table Mountain, which was the one we walked up last year.

We're staying at a B&B in Crickhowell itself this year, and we seem to have quite a lot in common with the owners - will be interesting trading notes.
