Shapes in the flames

Wide Wednesday: Shapes

A cosy night spent staring at the shapes the flames make in the lovely glowing red fire on the hearth was most definitely not what we had originally planned for our Wednesday night.  

Cathy and I were due to be catching the early flight from Bristol to Malaga tomorrow morning first thing, on our way to a week in Seville. But unfortunately we heard earlier this evening that Easyjet have had to cancel our flight for tomorrow.  So instead of an early night with the prospect of some warmer (albeit wet) weather in Spain tomorrow, we now get to see whether or not Bristol really does get some of the snow that they have been promising.

Will we get away?  Who knows, with the incoming snow I suspect that there is every prospect of the entire trip getting cancelled, and re-arranged. Ho hum, these things are set to try us.
