Quadring church

This is one of the nearby churches in which I sometimes ring the bells. It is surrounded by fields with only one house in close proximity. The church is distant from the village settlement reputedly due to fear of the Black Death. This could be the reason but so could the changing land patterns of land usage due to drainage and reclamation.
