It's arrived! First day of Spring!

A light covering this morning and N wondered whether to drive to the surgery or not but did.  Dry snow was beginning to fall and he then had an immediate dental appointment down in Dorchester just after midday - he threw down the gauntlet with the risk and went for it - a 40 minute drive across the Downs. He did eventually arrive home being the last car up the hill, tooth filled - someone was definitely looking after him!  It continued snowing into the night so we shall see what the situation is tomorrow.

All the waterpipes on the farm have frozen so T and B had the arduous task of thawing them or somehow giving the animals water. It will be the same tomorrow.
