Brrrrrrr !

My morning was spent in Manchester, and I got there far too early. Whilst much of the country has had extraordinary amounts of snow, and lots of drivers were stranded not far away on the high part of the M62, the city has not had a lot of snow. But the icy wind has meant it has been bitterly cold.

Pity those workmen high up on these towers on a day like this. Absolutely freezing. These twin beasts - about which people will have strong views - are going up fast, and will exceed the height of the Beetham Tower. Manchester’s skyline continues to evolve. Renaker are a major player in that evolution, this development at Owen Street is in sharp contrast to its Victorian surroundings.
