The top image is of some autos for sale at a roadshow garage.
The second is a typically decorated lorry, and a crow! The lorries are generally for hire and are decorated by their owners often with beautiful paintings and the names of family members, while others may have a religious theme. They are often extremely over loaded and when that is the case travel at night often with no visible rear lights..see extra.
