Back from the beach

If you take a walk down that path entrance, you meander downhill through banksia trees and various eucalypts, before emerging onto a stunning near deserted beach of white sand and consistent surf.

The sand is very fine and sticky, so it makes complete sense to wash as much off as possible before venturing into the quirky cabins. (See my extra)

What a lovely weekend we had with the whole family together, not to mention the added drama of me chasing off a large monitor lizard, with a broom, that was a bit too bold with a towel that had been used to keep some bbq fish warm, but had got soaked in juices. Oops! The kids were impressed at my bravery - I wasn't!
