The whole time I was in the Hague, after the snow hit, Mel mentioned there was a Fieldfare visiting the garden. The last time that happened was in the snow of 2010, given then normally stay outside urban areas. So it's nice that he's still hanging around. Definitely don't normally get this close to these feisty thrushes.

And the rarity relegates the Sparrowhawk (in the extra, and something else that becomes more prevalent in this kind of weather).
