Sunshine, Shadows and Shapes at Peet’s

A fine dry sunny day with a chilly breeze. Poor Landon was off colour today suffering from a cold no doubt picked up at daycare. So we only saw a little of him today just as we were leaving this evening. Despite all he was still able to give us some smiles before we left.

In the morning we walked around the local subdivisions built on the former Ranchero Corrillo ending up at Peet’s Coffee Shop for our morning drink sitting in the sheltered warm sunshine in Bressi Village, part of the former Ranchero Bressi.

Today’s extra is of one of subdivision names on Ranchero Corrillo. Each subdivision has its own entrance names beautifully done and this is no exception We’re staying in a place in Ranchero Sorrento.

I went to watch Chris play soccer, a good win at 5-2 with Chris’s scoring a goal and assisting another. The facilities for sport are amazing, with several all weather multi sport pitches and baseball diamonds.

A very late lunch followed before we went over to Chris and De’Shaun’s place, first to walk the dogs, second to mow the grass, third to eat a Thai takeaway and finally to work on a massive jigsaw, the only part of which remains to be completed is the sky.
